  • greens 

  • tomato

  • avocado

  • black beans (warmed)


  1. ​Chop red onion into small pieces, sauté for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Add in ground beef and all seasoning to taste. Cook for 5-10 minutes.

  3. In a large pan put down a full layer of chips (usually a full bag).

  4. Heat Nu Food Queso in a microwave safe bowl until hot to touch. Pour Queso on top of chips. Top with Beyond Meat mixture.

  5. Bake for 5 minutes at 350. Add chopped toppings and enjoy!
