Ingredients

Beyond Meat ground beef
-
cayenne pepper
-
cumin
-
paprika
-
cilantro
-
1 red onion
-
1 jalapeno
Toppings:
-
greens
-
tomato
-
avocado
-
black beans (warmed)
Directions

Chop red onion into small pieces, sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add in ground beef and all seasoning to taste. Cook for 5-10 minutes.

In a large pan put down a full layer of chips (usually a full bag).

Heat Nu Food Queso in a microwave safe bowl until hot to touch. Pour Queso on top of chips. Top with Beyond Meat mixture.

Bake for 5 minutes at 350. Add chopped toppings and enjoy!
